- The item is in its original packaging with all labels intact, where applicable.
- The product has not been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered after delivery.
- You provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).

2. Consumable Products
As our products are consumable in nature, we generally do not accept returns of opened food or beverage products due to hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance reasons.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The package was tampered with during transit.
- The item is missing from your order.
- The product is expired upon delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
5. Refund Process
Once your request has been received:

- If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required by law.

- Opened coffee bags or other opened consumable products

11. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:

we will bear the applicable return shipping costs or arrange a return pickup where available.
